Your name, your theme, your space

Settings, the gear icon, is where you set your name, pick a theme, and tune how much space Krita VCS uses on your machine.

  • Artist view Turns off technical terms in favor of plain words like "Version 12."

  • Your name So it's obvious who did what on a shared project.

  • 8 color themes 6 dark, 2 light. Applies right away, no restart.

  • The set-aside shelf Everything you have parked, with the branch it came from and how long it has been there.

  • Per-project storage options How much space preview images may use, compact storage for heavy history, and a low-memory mode for big files.
